One Day at a Time!

Hey Ladies!

Did everyone see Valerie Bertinelli on the cover of People Magazine?!  Talk about inspiration!  I don’t know about you ladies but this is one weight loss success that truly inspires me.  She lost a considerable amount of weight and she looks terrific!  My sister thinks she looks like she did back on “One Day at a Time”.   Valerie lost upwards of 75 pounds.   I must admit, her Call to Jenny was right on time.

I always say, One Day, One Meal at a time.  Valerie is a testament to that.  You basically have to make up your mind that you are going to lose the weight, set your sight on a goal and then get to it!  You can only deal with 1 meal or snack at a time.  If you think of it that way, then it is much easier to stick with your program.  Remember, the weight didn’t come on over night and so it will take time to disappear.  But, always believe that if you do the right things, it WILL DISAPPEAR!  Remember, I’m here for you to keep you on track, but check out Valerie and you’ll be a believer too!
