If you have found your way here, welcome!  This site promises to be a resource to guide you towards eating the right foods and training in the right manner to achieve your leanest body possible. Eating enough of and the right kinds of protein is critical to your success and so I focus a bit on this within this site.

I hope you will find some useful information here and that you will Contact me with specific questions so I can begin to address them.  I will determine the best place in which to capture questions as things evolve.  It may be via comments, FAQs or even a forum, who  knows?  I look forward to hearing from you and we will see.

It is often difficult to lose weight and I know that many people just aren’t sure what to do.  Some feel like it is a losing battle especially as we females get a bit older.  I assure you that it is not an impossible task and I will do my best to guide you.

I will strive to always give you direct and honest feedback.  I know what it takes and I want you to get results!

Motivational Musings will be an area where I post varied information.  Many posts will be inspirational and based on questions, and honestly, some may just be based on my fitness related hot button of the day. I hope you will check back regularly.
